Yeah it's really easy to get to. It's only a few miles of off Rt. 60. After you cross the Pedlar on Rt. 60 heading east you turn left onto Rt. 634 (Coleytown rd.) and go a few miles. Then take a left onto rt. 633 (Fiddler's Green Way). Go along this road for half a mile and you'll see the creek drop...

Ran it today with about 300 on the Pedlar guage; it was a good medium level.
There is definitely some wood but nothing you can't see that will catch you by suprise, just make sure to scout any horizon lines. There wasn't any wood in any of the big drops.

Yo, I'm a student at tech too. Definitely get on the listserv for the VT canoe and kayak club. We go to NC, WV, or whatever about every week.

A group of us are gonna be heading up from blacksburg to statons creek today. we should be there around 12:30

Yo, glad everyone down at Burnwood had fun this year. I camped at the fest with some of my buddies from school and ran the Upper G on Saturday. It was awesome.

1. Yes, I can carry shingles

2. I did the run on the race weekend, it was a normal lowish summer level I guess.

3. It was awesome except for running the boof at National poorly.


I realized friday isn't going to work but if anyone wants to go up saturday let me know.

I'm going to be in richmond tomorrow (wednesday) and can paddle in the morning probably around 10 am or so and need to be off the water by 2 pm. Anyone want to do a run or multiple runs within that time frame?
