OCT Upper and Lower James 1/25

I am the official organizer for this OCT. I am only planning to run the Lower section, so those running both sections or running just the upper read this and please post as it will be helpful to know how many will be coming.
People interested in doing both Upper and Lower sections - meet at 14th street at 10:00. If some vehicles have extra room for boats or peoplle, swing by Reedy Creek to pick up some of the Upper only paddlers who should plan on being at Reedy and getting dressed by 10:15. The rest of the Upper only folks, load up and shuttle to Pony Pasture. All Upper paddlers, try to get started down the river by no later than 11.
The Lower only group should meet at 14th street at noon. Goal is to meet the Upper paddlers on the river at Reedy Creek around 12:30 and be off the river around 2 or 2:30 depending on numbers.
