1. Yes, I can carry shingles

2. I did the run on the race weekend, it was a normal lowish summer level I guess.

3. It was awesome except for running the boof at National poorly.

I realized friday isn't going to work but if anyone wants to go up saturday let me know.

Just got a call from Sam.

I'll be on the UY Saturday and working the rest of the time.

If Guy has said it's OK for you to be on the UY, feel free to join us on the river. If you're in the area, feel free to stay at the house.

Oh, and Scooter, in case you were wondering, Guy said you are DEFINITELY good to go on the UY!
