UG
Yes we all know Dave is the "Man", but he's also the ultimate trip coordinator, I mean please 40 boaters headed to one river. Only word one comes to mind "insane".
Ann had a great time too, I asked her who left an impression and she replied one word "Ray" (president). She thought he was a great guy. She definitely appreciated the kind words of encouragement on how to get out the NRG.
One of the newest members, Michael put on quite the display of campfire cooking. It's hard to beat hot blueberry and apple cobbler cooked in an iron pot, yummmm!
Justin and Dave did a great job of leading down the UG Friday; I would vouch for them any day.
I hope John V.L. and others enjoyed there demo's. It was great to have a team representative deliver demos directly to the campsite for free.
Hope the years to come are just as great.

There is no doubt about Dave Kessmann's MAN status or his mom's as coolest MAN mom ever; Michael who brought, cooked and cleaned up many pounds of food, provided entertainment and cold beverages; Andy for leading the Upper trips both days; Blisstick reps for bringing and outfitting boats and Mark for arranging it; Guy for shuttling me and half the world around and everyone else for being great paddling buds, even you, JR. Kudos to the NPS for such a nice spot. No, it wasn't a detached retina - it was migraine simpsons (aka symptoms). CCC doc was right but I got some reading done, ate a Pie at P&P for the first time and still went home early, so Sunday was a win anyway.

Trip Reports
Let us know how it went! Swim confessions and carnage reports are welcome, but it's not fair to tell on your buddies!
For those of you who missed it. I made several attempts of an insitu fish count at Fayette station. I stayed down for a bit over 1/2 the drop, unfortunetly, I was too close to the subject matter. bumpty bump. Glad I had the full ear coverage. Only carnage was the attempt to access the drop again via the climb up over the rocks. Several decent splats, youngn's on the rocks offered to help me carry my gear. Secound run I decided to forego the fish count. Barely wet a paddle

1st time New trip
Had a great time paddling with the group and look forward to more trips. Was wondering of those who took pictures on our trip, any to share?
Thanks, Gina

Which trip(s) did you join? Rare for me but I didn't take any photos all weekend. Maybe others did?
