PA TRIP - Release weekend Day 2 The Lehigh
Friday's excellent start for our crew on the Lackawaxen was followed up with some dinner in Hawley. If you go there stop by the 1850 Cora's Bistro. Great food, and if you hit it right, dollar Yienglings and $.40 wings. We had some homemade chicken and dumplings and great andoulie sausage sandwiches ...

PA TRIP - Release Weekend Day 1 Lackawaxen
Don't know many of you all, but being a fairly new, dues paying member, thought I would weigh in. Travelled to NE Pennsylvania this weekend for a bit of paddle time. We had a total newbie with us. I thought it a bit much for someone who had only paddled a raft to start their journey into kayaking on...

Worth the drive...yeah, for the combo. I will give a little TR today. I put some non interesting pics up on Kayak411. If you can hit it right for releases there is a great variety of paddling within a 50 mile region in the dead of summer when we are like fish out of water here in VA. Lackawaxen, Leh...

PA TRIP - Release weekends
Heading up to PA for some paddling on the Lackawaxen (Friday) and Lehigh (Saturday). Healthy releases each day and there seems to be a lot of water for other rivers. If anyone is interested, I can give some beta on each. Drop me a message.
