Steve and I will be joining you, but may not make the 10:00 table time. You'll know us by Steve's black Subaru with the yellow and blue DIN's on top.
We will be running the less challenging courses, this weekend, until we get the feel of these new boats.
Looking forward to meeting you all.

Running the DIN's
Look out for us! The plan is to leave around 1:00, so we may see each other.
We'll be the noobs trying the lower part of the James for the first time in our DIN's. I'll be the one trying (unsuccessfully) to avoid looking ridiculous.

Maiden Voyage with New Fluid Do It Now Boats
Thanks to the kindness of Coastals Member, Rich, I can happily say that I am very happy with our new purchase of the Fluid Do It Now boats. So different from my Tribute, and the Tarpons, but so much FUN! I'm still getting the hang of the great responsiveness, but I can already feel the difference in...

New River trip: Count Us In
Would enjoy taking the new boats down the New River. Hank, at Ace Whitewater suggested a nice run for beginners with mostly class II and one III for beginners called the "Glades" I believe. This past Saturday, I purchased a map of the entire area that identifies different paddles, take-out...
