I've a slight preference for the south anna, but am willing to to either. Just don't have the time to make it out to goshen this weekend.

quick question -
how does the low water run compare to the lower yough? I remember higher water being slightly harder but it's been long enough since I've done a low water run I can't remember much about it.

I second that. How many of us carry z-drags with them on their home rivers (not I unfortunately)? Time to change my packing list I think.

Situations such as this reminds me that I need to carry more safety equipment with me.....we get somewhat complacent on familiar rivers!
