Hi Martha, I'm going to try to make the Seven Islands trip Sunday. If I can't make it I'll let you know. I need to get back on the river before I make the trip out to WOR.

Planning to be there to paddle the upper sections.

Looking to paddle in VA on Saturday. Unable to make it to WOR.

I'm planning on being there.

I'm looking to paddle this weekend. If anyone has room for me to tag along I would appreciate it. Class 2 or 3 preferred but not picky. If anyone is interested I can lead down the Staunton.

Wish I could have made it out for that run. 5 hour one way trip alone is a little much for me though.

I'll be headed up for the Sunday trip. Will see you all there.
