anyone interested in an upper james run tomorrow after work? water and weather are both looking great. thinking around 5:30 or so.

By tomorrow do you mean 6/9 (tuesday) or 6/10 WednesdaY?

I might like to go on the upper with you ... meet at Reedy Creek at about 5:30? I won't know until morning if I can go ... will post as soon as I find out.

Luke, evidently the weather is supposed to be kind of yucky tomorrow afternoon in your neck of the woods. I can't drive that far when it may be too bad to be out on the water (I love paddling in rain, but lightning is a whole other hazard). I'm always looking for a shuttle for the upper .... during the weeks is preferable for me. sorry to nix this trip with you, although I hadn't heard back from you from my last post, anyways. I hope you keep posting, and i'll be sure to be paddling with you some time here!

I agree with the weather outlook, so looks like paddling is put on hold for the day. I'm trying to get out on either the upper or lower at least once a week (I'm pretty green so trying to get as much time on the water as possible), so we can try to hook up again later.

Hey Luke, it's all good. My number is 434-955-1128. I'm meeting another paddling buddy of mine, and we're doing the upper today ... probably be at Reedy somwhere around 2 this afternoon. You're more than welcom to join us ... call to find a more exact time ... I'm heading out that way now.
