James River Clean-up, Part II

Post by martha james »

I'm looking for Coastals to help clean up Pony Pasture to Reedy Creek on June 11. Greg Velez has offered to meet us at Reedy at 8:00 and shuttle us and our boats up to Pony Pasture. Let me know if anyone wants to do this section. Thanks.

Clean up day

Post by wetgeezer »

Pretty sure I'd like to join you. Seems a good idea to paddle my ancient rec kayak, lot more room and skirt is e-z on off. 8 am is not at all my time of day, but I guess I owe the river at least that much. OK if I let you know for sure Fri evening?

Shuttles

Post by Greg V. »

Hi All,
I need to know who is actually registered for the Clean-up.

If you're counting on the shuttle, I'll do all I can, but I can only fit a so many boats on the trailer and people in the van.
I'm trying to get a head count before the morning.

See you there!
Thanks,
Greg

P.S. it's Velzy :-)
