out of towner running lower james on sat 6/1

I will be staying in Richmond on Friday night and will be running the lower James on Saturday AM thinking about putting on at 8 or 9 but I have some flexibility on that. Based on what I'v read I fell very comfortable running it myself but if anybody else is already paddling I wouldn't mind joining a group. Also, does 2 hours seem to be a reasonable estimate if I do a moderate amount of play?
