Hi, my name is Eric and I just moved to Richmond recently and purchased a used Burn. I've been down the Upper James about 8 times with a couple of buddies I convinced to buy boats also. I do not have a roll yet, do you think I'd be OK on this trip?

No roll?   (thats really ok!) and depends on the person. PM me or give me a call at: Ate Oh 4 - 33 Five - 65 Six Ohhhhh.

In the mean time - work on your roll

Note: I paddled the lower for 6 months relying on the kindness of T-Rescues - usually Mango's

The date has been set and it is Sunday, June 17th. Look for post from "Nutter" to come out this evening about this OCT!

I must admit that I am totally stoked about this trip:
1. There's a huge group of Lower James "first timers" and "second timers" that have responded to this trip
2. Some of the best paddlers (and people) on the James have already reached out to help support it
3. And, I get to organize it with Dave Nutter who freaking rocks :!:

How cool is that???

So folks, we need to do the "ever-so" rain dance. We want it just right!

SYOTR - this post is OVER. See Dave's tonight

Hi, it would not be my first time, but first time in a while. I don't remember the lines, but it was a lot of fun! I will keep checking for dates/times. Thanks!
