permits

Post by joe wilson »

Google Pennsyvania State Parks, go to reservations, select Ohiopyle, select hardboat reservation times. I have 2 extra permits for Saturday at 1 pm ( gives time to spend some time with the spousal unit) and 8 AM on Sunday morning. Still looking for lodging.

Talked with a "Official" about the water temp. It looks like we're gonna see about 72 degree "average" water temp. SO.......for my swims, I should be properly prepared!!!!!! The Nanty is MUCH colder than that!!!! He also mentioned that the Yough is gonna see about 2 inches of rain between now and Sat. He expects to see a little higher water than normal, nothing major.

I still have 2 spare reservations (free) each for 1 PM Saturday and 8 AM Sunday. Let me know. What times are most of the group going?

How quickly best laid plans change! Mother, in S.C., just fell and broke her hip so I'll be headed there today instead of the Yough. Y'all have a great weekend! I'd rather be paddlin'.

We need 4 for Saturday, we will take your two if they are still available. How can we do the arrangements?
