Lower James Tuesday

This is your last chance to paddle with the 2011 Spring kayaking team of Straker and Masill. Keith will be departing for the west coast for Law school in the days following so come out and run all the possible lines on the LJ with us for one last time. Would like to even get a chance at the Hollywood Dam drop on one of the laps. I'll throw out a meeting time of 11:00am but we are flexable let us know. As always post or call 434 two 4 two one won 4 ate. Chris

Hope thongs work out so that we can get out and paddle!

As one of the founding members of the Spring 2011 weekday yaking team. I will be there. Just out of curiosity what is the min. level for lower james?

Min lvl is as long as you can get out of Reedy Creek. I have paddled the river pretty low....I have a real problem and im sure there are others that would agree!

I think I have paddled the river as low as 3.4 / 3.3, but im one of the few that would paddle that low!

Well wit the weather as nice as it is I am sure "Thongs" will work out.

Turbo Do you want to bump the meeting time up to 10am? at the takeout
