Well, no, not really (sorry, lil' huckster ). Unfortunately, access to this Class IV classic and several other streams has been lost over the years because of claims of Kings Grants. Such a grant allows the property owner holding it to control all access to streams which meet the current but antiquated definition of ‘non-navigable’.

Have you written your Delegate? Being down at the beach, your active support will be important in making it kinown that this a statewide issue and not somthing that is just about one river.

I have written. I just hope that throwing in the addition of required Speedo's on the beach if you're a >60 year old male doesn't take from the above concern.
