Any interest in running the App on Saturday? It is is already at a runnable level (4') and looks like it may peak around 6' on Saturday.
I can be flexible on the time, but I want to start after it warms up above freezing and finish before dark.

Paul,
Are you still planning on the App on Sat at noon? I may join you if my plans for the western part of the state don't come together. I will let you know by tonight.

Paul,
I am in for Sat with 2 more (Erik S and Susanne S). Do you want to meet at the takeout (Rt 36) at noon? Is that the plan? The last and only time I ran the App is was around 4 feet, so tomorrow should be good.

Level looks like it will be about 5' and climbing slightly for our run. There is over 2800 CFS flowing into the reservoir from the combination of Deep Creek and the App mainstem. Water is coming over the dam, so the flow out will continue increase.
We'll meet at noon at the parking lot south of Rt 36 bridge. This is across the river from VSU. Everyone is welcome to join us.

Great day. We ended up with 5 paddlers, 4 K1, and one OC1. Dry hair for everyone and a bald eagle for our viewing pleasure.
Thanks for suggesting Paul!
