Bigbird's Back in town and wants to go boating...

Post by slo2rol »

So, I'm back in town for Thanksgiving from the land devoid of whitewater and definitely want to do some boating. I'm available Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and possibly Saturday.

Post up when you're headed out to the Lower James (or anything else) as I'm a bit out of the loop on when folks are meeting up these days.

Brandon,

Keep an eye on the creeks. Forecasted is some significant rain for Tuesday/Tuesday night. Thinking it could be a Piney type rain. Unfortunately, I am off to New Jersey for Thxgiving on Wed:(

It was great seeing you the other weekend. Lets do tons of UY runs this summer.

I'm thinking the creeks will flow as well. Hoping to jump on something tomorrow..... Cross fingers.

Gromit an I have plans to head to Goshen on Friday. Hopefully the Tues & Weds rain will hold until then. If not, we may be able to stop in RVA on our way out.

Well all, it's been great boating and catching up with everyone throughout the week. Unfortunately, our travel plans have shifted, so no Friday or Saturday boating for me. Hopeeeveryone has a great rest of 2013... may it be wet and wonderful for all!
