Appomattox river paddle sometime ? 8.20 or 8.21

Hi all
I would love to paddle the Appomattox river sometime down from VSU, and see where the new Fall line trail will be and the historic stuff. Anybody know the lines, put in and takeout? And maybe do Aug 20 or 21? Putting feeler out there

Put in would probably be where you take out for the falls line section at Patton Park (near where Rt. 36 crosses). Now that the dam is gone no portage would be involved. Not sure where you would take out.
