Given the low levels of local rivers, plans are to paddle the lower section of the James River in Richmond from Reedy Creek put in to 14th St take out (~ 2 miles). Rapids are class III (at predicted level of less than 4 ft on the Westham gauge). Let me know if you want to participate in this trip. Meeting time will be 9:00 a.m. at 14th St take-out.
