It was nice to meet the group on Sat morning. I had a chance to try out a new boat that I picked up while on my visit to VA earlier by walking up to pipeline and making all the adjustments I needed before meeting the group.

I switched from a Wavesport Ace 5.1 (7'5" - 51 gal) to a Dagger Medieval (7'11"- 57 gal). The new boat was a little bit longer and a little bit more volume and I didn't think it sacrificed too much maneuverability. I was able to surf on little waves that I kept missing the previous day. Now just need to take it out in the ocean on some waves before I sell the wavesport Ace 5.1.
