This guy did a nice job - offered to use a thicker neck gasket like he uses for the Navy, I think. It's also a Kokotat authorized repair for the east coast.

We usually use kokatat. They replace the whole gasket rather than leaving part of the old gasket and glueing the new one onto it. Looks the same as it did when the suit was new. Costs more though. We've also replaced them ourselves with the method that leaves part of the old gasket. Never had a problem with that method cause the eventual tears occur at the ends. Maybe others have had a different experience.
