James and/or App March 19-20

I'll be driving up from NC to visit friends in Richmond on March 19-20 and we'd like to get in some paddling. Depending on water levels and who we have in the group, we're thinking about the App and/or James (upper and/or lower). Please let me know if you are interested in coming with us by Thurs. Hope to see you on the river.
