This Saturday’s (5/4/24) planned trip on the Maury – Buena Vista to Glasgow is not looking too promising currently. The flow on the Maury is well below a good minimum flow. NOAA is projecting a flow for Saturday of about 275 cfs, 1.90’. There is a high chance of rain, possible thunderstorms, all day Saturday and Sunday. It is unlikely that the rain will raise the Maury to a runnable level for a Saturday paddle.
I will continue to watch the weather and flow and decide if we can paddle on Saturday. Please continue to check in on the Coastals Forum and Coastals Facebook page.
