Upper James 9/28 4:30PM: Newbies Welcome

Odelle and I settled on meeting tonight at 4:30PM for a run on the Upper, since the level is going to be a remarkable 4+feet. I just want to get wet. The level should be good for beginners if anyone wants to join. Anyone is welcome.

Yes, I believe that Odelle and Steve are going again today. See their post: http://coastals.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=7543. When we spoke yesterday they said they may push it to 1:30. I may join-- as of yet undecided.
