Well I managed to run 12 miles today so am clear for the weekend. Riding up with Mangles (thanks guys) and should paddle both days (unless KessmanN makes me do one too many ferries in the clinic..)!

We have a group forming to run the Lower Yough loop on Friday afternoon. Meeting in Friendsville at Dave's place at 2:30. After that the timing gets vague. Sing out if interested.

I'm pretty well covered up this weekend. Might try to sneak over to the Top Yough for a quick run after my class on Saturday.
Karl, is your lovely wife going to allow you to run something good this weekend?
