Anyone for the upper James this weekend?
Recovering from lengthy injury and haven't been on the river in quite-some-time. Needing to get back into shape. Was hoping some folks may be around for an upper run this weekend. Was thinking 11 am Sat. and Sun. If interested let me know. Dan

I too am healing from shoulder surgery and broken ribs. Started paddling a few weeks back on class II runs with shoulder still hurting. Anyway I will be there early Saturday morning at Pony Pasture practicing with canoe and kayak.brownaleguy wrote:Recovering from lengthy injury and haven't been on the river in quite-some-time. Will you still be on the water at around 0800-0900ish? Thinking about getting down there around then to paddle at pony for a couple of hours, but could be up for an upper trip.
